Join us for a guided meditation beside the flowing water; where stress melts away, and your mind can finally rest. Live Guided Meditations are for you if you want to: • Come together for 1-hour and meditate with like-minded folks. • Manage stress and anxiety, using mindfulness and meditation techniques. • Learn the basics of meditation and the do's and don'ts of meditating. • Feel relaxed and calm with consistent practice. WHY MEDITATE?: These Guided Meditations are all you need to reconnect with yourself. In our everyday life, we live in an automated mode. Meditating and self-reflecting helps us to stop this auto-mode and be in the present moment. Here we connect for one hour and meditate together with like-minded folks. Come together for an hour filled with self-love, self-care, relaxation and togetherness. WHAT IS MEDITATION? - Meditation is a state of blissfulness. It is a by-product and not an act where you are trying to control your thoughts or trying to concentrate. Meditation happens!
