Sampoorna means wholesome!
Imagine stepping into a space where life slows and the noise of the outside world fades.
The air feels lighter, inviting you to take a deep breath and simply arrive.


We begin with stillness, walking in the woods, meditation and mindful breathing guide us inward, softening the body
and quieting the mind. Throughout the day, practices like active meditations, Reiki healing, intention setting, emotional release and self-reflection help release what no longer serves and nurture what wishes to grow.
Time is shared over nourishing meals, where conversation flows, laughter blooms, and
connection feels effortless. Movement reconnects us to the joy of being alive; through dance,
taking a walk along the forest trails, or pausing to hug ancient trees and feel their grounding, & protective energy.
Voices rise in gentle harmony, chanting beneath an open sky, as peace settles around us. In
these moments between breath and laughter, silence and song, a shift occurs. You feel
lighter, more present, more connected; to yourself and those around you.

What to expect - Dates and Schedule

This Wellness Retreat offers a powerful and compassionate journey of self-discovery, trauma healing and personal growth through thoughtfully curated sessions. Through these 3 days you will deepen your understanding and cultivate a growth-oriented mindset that equips you to continue working on yourself, unlocking your full potential and embracing lasting change.​​

Program Schedule:

 

  • Date: 22nd May to 24th May 2026

  • Timing: 11am on 22nd May to 12pm on 24th May (Detailed instructions will follow after registration)

  • Location: Uxbridge, Ontario (1 hour drive north from Toronto)

  • Fees: $450 seminar fees and $300* lodging & boarding (includes vegetarian food, beverage and snacks starting 12pm on 22nd May and ends at 9am on 24th May)

  • Completing Reiki-1 seminar is a pre-requisite for joining this retreat.

  • Financial Assistance - We believe this experience should accessible to all. We have flexible payment plan and support available. Do not hesitate to reach out.

  • Any special dietary requirements outside the planned retreat meals (please connect with us on this separately)

* What Is Not Included:


To ensure transparency, the following are not included in the retreat fee:

  • Travel expenses to and from the retreat location, including car rentals, trains, taxis, or last-mile transportation

  • Medical expenses or any personal health-related costs during the retreat

  • Personal expenses such as shopping, additional snacks, or optional activities outside the retreat program

  • Personal toiletries and individual essentials

  • Travel or health insurance (participants are encouraged to arrange their own, if needed)

My Journey with Retreats

My journey into healing did not begin in a meditation hall or a retreat center. It began in the ordinary messiness of life.

Like many people, I found myself navigating unfamiliar and challenging times in my life. There were times of hurt, pain, times when life did not unfold the way I had imagined, and times when I had to gently learn how to rebuild my inner world.

Along the way, something beautiful happened.

Teachers appeared when I needed them. Practices like Reiki and meditation slowly became part of my life. What began as a search for answers gradually turned into a deeper relationship with myself. I learned that healing does not arrive with fireworks or dramatic breakthroughs. Often it shows up quietly, in small shifts of awareness, in the courage to try again, and in the kindness we learn to offer ourselves.

Over time I discovered that growth is less about becoming someone new and more about remembering who we already are beneath the noise, expectations, and fears.

Retreats played a powerful role in my own journey. They offered something rare in our busy lives: the space to pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect. In those moments away from the rush of everyday life, I experienced the kind of clarity and renewal that is difficult to find anywhere else.

Sampoorna Wholistic Retreats was born from this understanding. The word Sampoorna means complete or whole, and that is the spirit behind these gatherings. They are gentle spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, learn practical tools for wellbeing, and experience the joy of being part of a supportive community.

Today our work brings together therapy, mindfulness, Reiki, and spiritual wisdom, but at its heart it remains simple. We love creating spaces where people can breathe a little deeper, laugh a little more, and remember that they are already enough.

Because healing does not have to be heavy all the time. Sometimes it looks like a quiet insight. Sometimes it looks like courage. And sometimes it looks like a group of people sitting together, discovering that none of us were ever meant to walk this path alone.
