Service Description

In-Person | Mississauga Starting March 6 Fridays 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM 4 Sessions (March 6, 13, 27 & April 3) No session on March 19 (March Break in Ontario) Are you feeling anxious about your future, relationships, career, or life in general? Do you find yourself overthinking, struggling with sleep, feeling restless, or constantly worrying about what might go wrong? You are not alone. Anxiety can feel overwhelming: but it is also workable. When understood and supported properly, anxiety can transform from something that controls you into something you can manage with awareness and skill. This 4-session in-person group workshop is designed to help you: *Understand how anxiety works in the brain and body *Learn practical tools to calm your nervous system *Break the cycle of overthinking and catastrophic thinking *Build emotional regulation skills *Develop healthier responses to stress *Feel supported in a safe, confidential space What We Will Cover: Session 1 – Understanding Anxiety Session 2 – Managing Thoughts Session 3 – Regulating Emotions Session 4 – Planning Long-Term Resilience This Group Is For You If: ✔ You struggle with constant worry ✔ You feel overwhelmed by life transitions ✔ You want practical tools (not just theory) ✔ You prefer learning in a supportive community setting Location: Streetsville Yoga, Mississauga Fees: $350 for all 4 sessions.
