Free 15-Minute Discovery Call Hello, thanks for being here on thiss page. I am Prashant Chawla and if you are not sure where to begin, let’s start with a conversation. Taking the first step toward support can sometimes feel uncertain. You may know that something needs attention, but you may not yet know what kind of support would be right for you. That’s exactly what this free 15-minute Discovery Call is for. This is a brief, no-pressure conversation with me where you can share what brings you here, ask questions, and explore what kind of support may best fit your needs. During our call, we can: • Briefly discuss what you’re currently experiencing • Understand what you would like support with • Identify the areas you would most like to work on • Explore whether counselling, Reiki, Retreat or group sessions may be appropriate • Discuss possible next steps and answer any questions you may have You don’t need to prepare anything or have your goals completely figured out. Come as you are, and we’ll begin from there. A Personalized Approach Everyone’s story and needs are different. If we decide to work together, your sessions are thoughtfully tailored to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on the service, this may include therapeutic conversations, practical strategies, mindfulness practices, reflection exercises, worksheets, or other supportive tools. I am a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), and work as a Clinical Counsellor, Retreat Facilitator and a Reiki Teacher. My approach integrates professional training in counselling, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-sensitive practices and MBSR, along with extensive experience supporting people from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences.
